    KömaCel integral skin foam sheets combine a strong, solid cover sheet and a celled core of the same material. They are manufactured in a single process. Backed by over forty years of experience with the material PVC, we have optimized the balance of cover sheet and core for our KömaCel, resulting in constant improvements to the acknowledged positive product properties. Optimally matched to the requirements on the market KömaCel has simply deserved to be the world’s Number One Celuka extruder.

    This perfect balance makes KömaCel a material suitable for a great many applications, and hence a true all-rounder with convincing properties. The surface of the strong, smooth outer cover lends the KömaCel sheet its silky gloss effect. It is therefore ideal for screen printing and lamination.     KömaPrint – Foam sheets made of rigid PVC

    KömaPrint has been developed specifically for the needs of the printing industry. An innovative material with special properties for the perfect coverage of all printing and display design requirements. The finely textured surface and the shining white material (similar to RAL 9003) present the perfect base for an excellent printed image. This material shows to advantage especially in screen and digital printing as well as laminations.

    For display design, the combination of fine-celled structure and highly stabilizing makeup makes KömaPrint a durable, yet lightweight material.     The KÖMMERLING solution KömaDur is a sheet system of rigid PVC-U. A genuine all-in-one solution for the most diverse requirements. Whether the chemicals industry, the building sector, electrical engineering, exhibitions, or advertising – the five KömaDur variants and their matched material properties are ideally equipped for the most diverse indoor and outdoor applications. In addition, KömaDur scores with properties that make its processing easy and cost effective to boot.

    KömaDur is the child of intensive research and development and over forty years of experience in the extrusion of PVC-U sheets. In all this time, KömaDur has been constantly modified and improved in the face of growing market requirements. The outcome is rigid PVC-U sheets that are characterized by a homogeneous, smooth, and glossy surface quality.     KömaAlu – Aluminium composites sheets

    Our KömaAlu composite sheets are built up like a sandwich. On their inside is a core of polyethylene embedded between two aluminum covers. These layers are bonded to each other with toughened adhesive in a continuous production process. Afterwards, a complex coil coating process gives the aluminum cover sheets an extremely resistant polyester enameling.

    Thanks to this special manufacturing method, KömaAlu is not only an extremely lightweight and durable, rigid aluminum composite sheet, it can also be processed and transported with the greatest of ease. Even large areas are secured reliably with commercially available screws and wall plugs. Their quality look and chemical resistance combined with good printing properties make KömaAlu composite sheets the ideal material for countless indoor and outdoor applications. They neither warp nor deform and yield an absolutely plane surface.

    KömaSteel – Steel composites sheets

    KömaSteel is an extremely bend-resistant steel composite sheet consisting of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two enameled steel cover sheets. Thanks to its ferromagnetic properties and its extremely hard and impervious surface, KömaSteel is the ideal sheet for a great many applications in the advertising and building sectors, e.g. perimeter board advertising, machine cladding, etc.

    KömaFoam is a lightweight sandwich sheet consisting of a foam core between identical or different outer coats. Despite their light weight, the sheets exhibit good strength and can be used for various design applications.

    KömaDeco – Integral skin-foamed sheets with foil

    Wherever extraordinary visual appeal and optimal functionality are needed, KömaDeco is the ideal material. Manufactured in a complex process, this composite sheet with its fine surface relief presents to the onlooker an impressive interplay of light and shadow. On the practical side, KömaDeco can score with an extremely high impact strength. This makes KömaDeco interesting above all for indoor applications, with absolutely easy installations for individual applications.

    The KömaDeco composite sheet combines a KömaCel integral skin-foamed sheet and a PVC colour laminate that is laminated on one or both sides. The surfaces present a fine, hardwood like relief with a remarkably realistic grain. Accordingly, KömaDeco is used above all in exhibitions and shops and for cladding doors, ceilings, and walls. KömaDeco is available in five different colours and with special colour laminates on request.
